First Year Retreat is an off-campus retreat experience to help participants build a strong and supportive community while experiencing the power of the Jesuit spirit of ������Ƶ.

Through immersion in Southeast Louisiana, engagement with��the relevant sciences, and an exploration of Christianity's rich��biblical and theological traditions, participants will discern��how they can be leaders in support of creation and��environmental justice. They can also earn 3 college credits or��50 hours of service. Participants

This year's Summer Institute focuses on leadership strengths. ��Leaders and aspiring leaders in Catholic education and formation will take the CliftonStrengthsFinder profile��and then draw out its implications for their leadership styles��with the help of presenter and author��Leisa Anslinger��and the Catholic Community Foundation's��Susie Veters. The registration fee includes meals at Loyola��during the Institute and a final��lunch at Ralph's On the Park.

All��alumni, parents, faculty and staff are invited to join us for Wolf Pack Weekend 2019, September 27-29. Wolf Pack Weekend is Loyola's combined Alumni and Family Weekend. Each year the Department of Residential Life and the Office of Alumni Engagement work together to plan this exciting weekend of events. Alumni, parents, families and current students all come together to explore campus and the New Orleans area, attend Loyola performances, and so much more.��

As the academic year begins to draw to a close, we are inspired by our Ignatian charism to look back on all that for which we are grateful. From relationships started and deepened, to successes and challenges in and out of the classroom and office, to the simplest gifts of food, health, and safety, we can be grateful for many things.����

Award-winning violinist Nadja Salerno-Sonnenberg is the featured soloist��with the Loyola student chamber music ensemble. The all-Russian program includes Shostakovitch, Tchaikovsky, Rachmaninoff, and Schnittke.
