The Career Development Center offers several assessments to help students in their career exploration process. These vocational assessments indicate how your personality, values, talents, and interests can link you to potential career fields and give you the tools to explore the various fields available.

FOCUS 2 is a comprehensive and reliable career and education decision-making model that will help you select your major, make informed career decisions, and take action. The system is customized with Loyola鈥檚 majors and your assessment results are matched to career options and majors/programs at the university.
